We, at K.L.Sons have defined the dynamics of steel industry by offering new age quality solutions to the emerging demand of steel tubes & steel pipes. We are dealing with different kinds of steel pipes such as Fluid Transferring and Structural Pipe, Steel Pipe with High Definition and Profiled Stainless Steel Pipe series which includes square pipes. These are used in various industries like petrochemical, power, engineering, food, pharmacy and electrothermal component construction as scaffolding.

The durable black and galvanized steel tubes produced at our highly efficient plant meet the global quality standards and are quite popular in the industry.

We offer steel tubes and steel pipes as per following national and international standards.

» Indian Standards
    IS: 1239 (part-1)/1990 (Light, Medium & Heavy series) Black & Galvanized plain end, screwed and socketed.
    IS: 1161-1998 upto 150mm NB grade YST-210 and YST-240.
    IS: 3601-1984 upto 168.3 mm OD and 7.1 mm wall thickness.

    BS: 1387-1990 (Light, Medium & Heavy series) Black & Galvanized, plain end screwed and socketed.
    BS: 1775-1964 Steel Tubes for mechanical structural and general engineering purposes.

We have sound infrastructure capable of producing 40,000 Tons Per/A of steel tubes & pipes. The manufacturing plant includes Coil Slitting, Tube Making, End Facing, Pickling & Galvanizing, Hydro testing, Threading & Bundling apart from the complete inspection facilities at various stages.

Quality is the outcome of ongoing manufacturing process which is strictly monitored at all stages. We conduct in-house tensile strength test to ensure only top grade material reaches the field. Where required by the relevant construction rules, products are pressure tested before final acceptance.

The company caters to a wide gamut of customers in India and abroad. The intrinsic strength of the company such as low operating costs, special organizational culture and good profitability has been widely appreciated and has helped the company grow to its present stature.
